Other than that, I'd also STRONGLY rebrand.
If aiming at a "shout-out-name", I'd strongly recommend a name that goes without confusion as the whole point of their product is creating more certainty, no? Moreover, I'd suggest to implement exactly that aim (certainty, safety) into the brand. FaceValue or maybe even @facevalue to reduce the (though intended!) association with Facebook next to hinting to financial jargon and integrity. That'll be something I'd understand and could actually remember (better than Y-tee, at least). I'm sure they'd come up with lots of different and better ideas that incorporates what their product actually sells and I'm quite positive anything would be better than their current app-name.
